Pontoons show as new. Good/Average - Some fading and surface scratches that buffing can remove. Clean and bright aluminum. No repairs necessary. Fair - Deep gouges/chips in fberglass requiring gel repair. Aluminum Faded/Pitting. Rough - Scratches expose glass fiber, dents in aluminum. Cost of repairs may exceed market value.
